FluentAtWork collects information you submit, such as your email address, beta preferences, account details, and speaking-practice data needed to provide coaching.

Voice and practice data

Before a voice assessment or practice begins, FluentAtWork will explain what is recorded and how it is used. Voice transcripts and coaching results may be stored to provide your assessment, Growth Log, and future practice.

How information is used

We use information to operate the beta, send access and product updates, improve coaching quality, prevent abuse, and support your account. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your stored information by contacting hello@speakwise.co. Product account settings will also provide deletion controls.
