FluentAtWork collects information you submit, such as your email address, beta preferences, account details, and speaking-practice data needed to provide coaching.

Voice and practice data

Before a voice assessment or practice begins, FluentAtWork names the processors that handle learner audio: Deepgram for live captions, Azure for selected pronunciation evaluation, and Groq for caption-based coaching responses. Raw microphone audio is ephemeral by default and is discarded after provider evaluation unless you separately opt in to save selected answers and review attempts for progress replay. Opt-in retention lasts 90 days, can be revoked in Settings, and deletes previously saved audio on revocation. Transcripts and coaching results may remain on your account until you delete them.

How information is used

We use information to operate the beta, send access and product updates, improve coaching quality, prevent abuse, and support your account. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your stored information by contacting hello@speakwise.co. Product account settings also provide deletion and audio-retention controls.
